Roofers San Bernardino connects homeowners in San Bernardino and nearby Inland Empire cities with independent local roofing contractors. We are not a roofing contractor. We do not hold a contractor license, we do not employ roofers, and we do not perform, supervise or guarantee roofing work.
The contractor is responsible for the work
When you hire a contractor we refer, your contract is with them. They are responsible for their quote, their work, their materials, their warranty, their compliance with permits and building codes, and for holding any license and insurance that the work requires.
Check before you hire
California requires most roofing work to be performed by a contractor licensed by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB). Roofing falls under the C-39 Roofing classification. Before you sign anything:
- ask the contractor for their license number and look it up on the CSLB website;
- confirm the license is active and review the bond and workers' compensation information shown;
- ask for proof of liability insurance;
- get the scope, price, payment schedule and warranty in writing.
General information only
The content on this website, including information about roofing materials, costs, permits, Title 24 energy standards, fire hazard zones and insurance, is general information. It is not professional, legal, engineering or insurance advice, and it may not reflect the rules that apply to your property. Codes and requirements differ between cities and change over time. Confirm anything important with the relevant city building department, state agency, your insurer or a qualified professional.
